AV axial fans

Description:

AV axial fan has a very good degree of efficiency and achieves higher volume flow with less noise from the fan with sheet metal blades. AV axial fan is particularly suitable for installation in the ventilation pipes with flanges although wall mount is also possible. AV axial fan is also suitable for use in vessels in which case it is build in special, marine design so it could meet strict reqirements of leading classification societies.

Marine design of AV axial fan is labeld as BAV. AV axial fans are manufactured in different sizes, ranging from 300 to 1000 mm according to the diameter of the rotor. Volume flow of AV axial fans are in range from 0.04 m3/s to 30m3/s (depending on size of a fan) while pressure rise is in range from 15 to 1200 Pa.

Application:

AV axial fan (without vane) with aerodynamically shaped rotor blades is used for ventilation of industrial, social and commercial premises. Special version of AV fan for wood dryers is also available.

Design:

Fans type AV is produced in the “E” version (AVe) in which case impeller is directlly mounted to the motors shaft and in the “R” version in which motor is mounted on outside housing of a fan

AV-M axial fans

Description:

AV-M fans are axial fans with airfoil shaped impeller blades which guarantee high efficeiency and low noise production. AMV axial fan is produced in sizes ranging from : 315 up to  2000 mm.  Sizes are based on impeller diameter. Volume flow of an AMV axial fan is range from 2 up to 70 m³/s while pressure rise is in the range from 50 to 1500Pa.

AMV impellers are made in two variations:

• Metal version (die-cast aluminium)
• Composite version

For industrial customers standard version is die-cast aluminium version of impeller. For standard HVAC (clean air / light duty ) customers standard impeller is composite (PAG) version.

Application:

AV-M axial fans with aerodinamicly shaped impeller blades and sheet metal stator blades (optional / case dependant) are mostly used in marine indsury, large buildings or anywhere else where efficiency is crucial parameter. They are also sutable for power plants and similar industries.

Special version of AV-M fans for wood dryers is also avaliable.

Design:

AV-M fans are produced only in “e” and “r” drive arragments where direct drive is labeld with “e” and belt drive is labeld with “r”.

AVM fans are also available in special marine design which is more robust than normal AMV fan design. Marine AMV fans are labeld as BAVM.
